摘要
新建地方性本科学院图书馆文献信息资源种类单一,服务样式单纯,信息资源陈旧,更新任务艰巨,数量不足,专业层次低,不符合本科教育办学要求。应科学规划,合理布局,加强文献信息资源采集,提高图书馆为教学科研服务的质量和水平。
The article analyzes present situation of library collection and staff＇ s quality of the new local university, and proposes the principle of information gathering by integrating direction of university and progresses of subject. It puts forward the material operating procedure according to actual situation, and devises the feasible project for the gatherings of library information resources of university.
