摘要
目的探讨成人肠套叠螺旋CT征象,以提高对成人肠套叠的诊断水平。资料与方法回顾性分析20例成人肠套叠的CT表现及其分型。结果小肠套叠型10例,回-回-结肠型2例,回-结肠型3例,回-结-结肠型1例,结-结肠型4例。20例成人肠套叠,在套叠头体部发现肿块状改变,分别呈分层状靶形肿块改变9例,肾形肿块10例,不规则肿块改变6例,套叠尾部彗星尾征改变8例,套叠体尾部双肠管征6例(30%)。尾部其他表现6例。肠腔内见肠系膜脂肪及血管影15例。不全性肠梗阻3例,肠壁增厚7例,近侧肠腔扩张4例,腹水1例。肝脏及骨盆转移各1例。结论成人肠套叠有特征性的CT征象,体尾部双肠管征为特征性征象之一。
Objective To discuss the spiral CT features of adult intussusception, and to improve the level of the diagnosis. Materials and Methods CT features and the types of 20 cases with adults intussusception, were reviewed retrospectively. Resuits The types of intussusception were as follows： small intestine-small intestine 10 cases, intestinum ileum-intestinum ileum ascending colon 2 cases, intestinum ileum ascending colon 3 cases, intestinum ileum ascending colon 1 case, colon colon 4 cases. Masses were found at the head part of intussusception in 20 cases, including layering target masses 9 cases, kidney shape masses 10 cases, anomaly masses 6 cases, ＂Comet tail＂ signs 8 cases, ＂double intestines＂ signs 6 cases （30%）, other signs in rear part of intussusception 6 cases. The mesentery fat and the blood vessel were found in the intestines 15 cases. Incomplete intestinal obstruction 3 cases, thickness of the bowel wall 7 cases, dilation of proximal intestinal cavity 4 cases, abdominal ascites 1 case, The liver and the pelvis metastasis 1 case respectively. Conclusion The adult intussusception has characteristic CT features, the ＂double-intestines＂ signs in the body and rear part is one of the characteristic CT features.
