摘要 目的:研究淡紫拟青霉的形态特征,为临床快速准确鉴定此菌奠定基础。方法:对临床分离的淡紫拟青霉致病株在不同培养基,不同温度生长情况,光镜及扫描电镜下形态进行研究。结果:淡紫拟青霉生长较快,菌落成淡紫色粉末状,镜下可见特征性长短不一,颈部锥形变细的成簇单生分生孢子梗。不同培养基下菌落与镜下形态基本一致。可生长温度为4-50℃,最适生长温度为25℃,复温试验表明该菌耐低温的能力强于高温。特征性的菌落颜色与帚状枝及分生孢子的产生有关。结论:根据淡紫拟青霉菌落及镜下特征性形态可对该菌进行初步鉴定。 Objective:To study the morphological characteristie of Paecilomyces lilacinus to form a base for the quick clinical diagnosis.Methods:The morphology of separated pathogenic strain of P.lilacinus was observed with microscope and scanning electron microscope.after cultured in different media and temperature.Results;P.lilacimas growed fast and the colony showed lilacinus powder appcarance.The distinctive long or short clusters or singer conidiophore with cone thinning of transverse part under microscope.The morphology of colony under the microscope was roughly the same in different media.The range of growing temperature was 4℃ to 50℃ and the best growing temperature was 25℃.The rewarming test showed that the fungi were rosistant to hypothermin better than to hyperthermia.The characterized color of the colony was caused by the production of penicillas and comidium.Conclusion;The P.lilacinus can primarily identified by the characterized colony and lypical morphology under microscope.
