摘要
基因疫苗能够诱导机体产生较强和持久的免疫应答,制作成本低,运输、储存和使用方便,具有潜在应用价值。常规基因免疫途径有肌肉注射、皮内注射、静脉内注射、腹腔内注射、皮下注射、粘膜免疫等。涎腺作为外分泌腺体,其解剖特点特别适用于基因疫苗的投递。经涎腺投递基因疫苗是近些年涌现出的新的免疫方式,具有免疫原性强、安全性好等优点。经涎腺投递的基因疫苗不仅能够诱导体液免疫和细胞免疫,还能诱导强烈的黏膜免疫。
