摘要
目的探讨紫外线对印模的消毒效果。方法分别制取藻酸盐和硅橡胶印模,108个/ml的菌液0.1ml均匀涂布在印模上,用波长为253.7nm的紫外线对印模进行消毒,照射强度分别为1000μW/cm2和7000μW/cm2,消毒时间分别为1000μW/cm2为0、10、15、20、30s;7000μW/cm2为0、5、10、15、20s。根据残留的细菌数进行消毒效果的判定,并进行统计学分析。结果①照射强度为7000μW/cm2的紫外线比强度为1000μW/cm2的具有更稳定的消毒作用。②使用1000μW/cm2的紫外线照射30s,硅橡胶印模上试剂的细菌数明显少于藻酸盐印模(P<0.01)。③使用7000μW/cm2的紫外线分别照射5s、10s、15s和20s,硅橡胶印模上的细菌数明显少于藻酸盐印模(P<0.01)。结论用紫外线对印模消毒是一个值得在临床推荐的方法,其效果在使用硅橡胶印模材料时更显著。
Objective To study the effect of ultraviolet sterilizition on impression. Methods 0. 1 ml solution with 10^8 bacteria per milliliter was evenly applied to the surface of the silicone rubber impression and alginate impression that were freshly taken. The impressions were then irradiated by ultraviolet, and the irradiation time was 0, 10, 15, 20, 30 s at 1 000 μW/cm^2, and 0, 5, 10, 15, 20 s at 1 000 μW/cm^2. The sterilization effect was evaluated according to the number of residual bacteria and analyzed statistically. Results Irradiation at 7 000μW/cm^2 showed a more stable sterilization effect than at 1 000 μW/cm^2. With ultraviolet irradiation at 1 000 trW/cm2 for 30 s, the number of residual bacteria on the silicone rubber impression were significantly less than on the alginate impression (P 〈 0. 01 ). With ultraviolet irradiation at 7 000 μW/cm^2 for 5, 10, 15 and 20 s, the number of residual bacteria on the silicone rubber impression was significantly less than on the alginate impression ( P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusion Ultraviolet sterilization on impressions is a recommendable method, and its effect on the silicone rubber impression is more prominent.
