Plk1基因及其与胰腺癌的关系 被引量:1

摘要 Plk1是一种丝氨酸/苏氨酸蛋白激酶,1994年由Golsteyn等首先克隆发现,与果蝇的Polo和酵母的Cdc5具有较高同源性。Plkl是Polo激酶家族Plks(Polo—likekinase)的成员。该家族是一个保守的蛋白激酶家族,主要包括裂殖酵母的Plol,出芽酵母的Cdc5,果蝇的Polo,爪蟾蜍的Plx1和哺乳动物细胞的4种激酶Plk1、Plk2(Snk)、Plk3(Prk/Fnk)、Plk4(Sak)。目前研究发现,Plk1与胰腺癌的发生发展密切相关,正成为胰腺癌诊治研究的新热点。
