摘要
研究出一种新型的可与粮食干燥机类大型烘干设备配套使用的谷物类粮食水分在线检测的传感器,该传感器采用圆柱形结构,置于干燥设备的出口、入口处,不同含水量的粮食流过传感器时,传感器产生不同的电容变化量,经过精密的信号采集、转换与处理,完成粮食水分的在线实时检测.
This paper introduces a new kind of sensor, which can be used together with large - sized machines such as grain dries to detect grains. This new sensor is designed to the shape of cylinders, which can be put at the input or output of drying equipments. When grains with different moisture flow through the sensors, the sensors can produce different capacitance variety. Then the sensors on line can examine the grain moisture on time by collecting exact signals, transformation and treatment.
