摘要
根据溴酚蓝与阳离子表面活性剂氯化十四烷基二甲基苄基铵作用,生成离子缔合物,并且产生共振光散射,建立了测定氯化十四烷基二甲基苄基铵的新方法.在最佳实验条件下,方法的线性范围为0.3~4.0μg·mL^-1,检测限为3.37ng·mL^-1(3d).方法已用于合成水样和混和水样中氯化十四烷基二甲基苄基铵的测定,回收率为99.5%~103.8%.
A new determination method for a cationic surfactant, zephiramine (Zeph), was developed with resonance light scattering (RLS) technique, based on the interaction of Bromophenol Blue (BB) with Zeph. The characteristics of spectra of interaction between Bromophenol Blue and Zeph, the effective factors and optimum conditions of the reaction have been studied. Under optimum conditions, the enhanced RLS is proportional to the concentration of Zeph in the range of 0. 3~4.0 μg · mL^-1. The limit of detection for Zeph was 3.37 ng · mL^-1. The proposed method was applied to the determination of Zeph in synthetic and spiked water samples with the recovery of 99.5%~103.8%.
