摘要
利用带宽压缩实现低速语音传输具有重大的经济价值和实用价值。声码器系统以分析／综合技术为基础，在实现低速语音方面得天独厚。随着VLSI技术的发展，低速语音编码研究出现了不少令人振奋的成果。
It is of great economic and practical value to implement low bitrate speech trans-mission by making use of the bandwidth compression technique. Based on analysis/synthesis technolo-gy, vocoder system is richly endowed by nature in the implementation of low bitrate speech. With thedevelopment of VLSl technology, a great number of exciting achievements have occurred in the re-search of low bitrate speech coding.
