摘要
以模糊Petri网为工具,参照绩效评价指标,构造供应链的诊断模型,给出诊断算法.以制造商、销售商组成的简单供应链为例,选择供应链运作中的14个关键因素,模拟给出其因果关系,建立了基于模糊Petri网的简单供应链诊断模型,通过仿真分析,验证了模型的正确性和算法的有效性.该模型的建立形象描述了供应链运作管理中关键因素之间的影响关系,为供应链的诊断研究以及供应链的绩效评价提供一个新的思路.
A diagnose model of supply chain is constructed and a reasonable diagnose algorithm for the model is presented by using fuzzy Petri net as a tool and referring to performance measurement index. Meanwhile, based on the analysis for a supply chain, which consists of manufacturers and distributors, 14 key factors from supply chain operation are selected and cause-effect relationship between them are simulated, a simple supply chain diagnosis model based on fuzzy Petri net is built. The correctness of the model and the validity of the algorithm have been validated by simulation analysis. This model describes vividly the relationship between the key factors in supply chain operational management, and presents a new way for the diagnose research and the performance measurement of supply chain.
