基于SOM网络的基因表达数据聚类分析

摘要 提出了用自组织映射(SOM)网络对生物信息学中基因表达数据进行聚类分析的方法。用SOM网络对酵母基因表达数据进行聚类。通过对映射结果的分析,表明SOM网络有较高的分类正确率,用于基因表达数据的聚类分析是行之有效的。 Method of analyzing gene expression data based on SOM networks are discussed. An SOM network is briefly introduced and its cluster characteristics and visualization methods are illustrated using simulation. Then the SOM network is used to cluster the yeast gene expression data. The analysis of the mapping results shows that the performance of clustering gene expression data based on the SOM network is good.
