摘要
在连续微反装置中,氢气分压9.0MPa,体积空速(LHSV)0.6~3h^-1条件下,以正十六烷为模型化合物评价了两种催化剂的加氢异构性能。研究了不同催化剂的正十六烷加氢异构反应动力学,并建立了相应的反应网络。研究结果表明:在两种不同助剂和载体的催化剂A、B作用下正十六烷的加氢异构反应网络不同,催化荆B的反应活性和异构产物的选择性较催化剂A高,更有利于生产高质量的润滑油基础油。
n-Hexadecane was selected as model compound and investigated in a micro continuous reac tor in the present of two kinds of catal pressure 9.0 MPa, LHSV ranging from ysts. Experiments were conducted 0. 6 to 3 h^-1, and different reaction at the conditions of hydrogen temperature for different catalysts. Then, hydroisomerization pathways and kinetics of normal hexadecane were established on the base of productions yields for both catalysts. The results show that reaction networks are different in the presence of catalyst A and B. Catalyst B has a higher conversion and the selectivity than A, which is suitable to produce high quality lube base oil.
