促性腺激素释放激素类似物治疗儿童特发性中枢性性早熟临床观察 被引量：9

摘要 目的观察促性腺激素释放激素类似物（GnRH-a）治疗儿童特发性中枢性性早熟的临床疗效。方法对10例特发性中枢性性早熟儿童给予GnRH-a 100μg／kg，每28d应用1次，治疗6～12个月，观察治疗前后患儿第二性征、性激素水平、身高、骨龄及预测成年身高变化。结果所有患儿第二性征发育减退，性激素水平降低，BA／CA下降，预测成年身高由治疗前的（155±5）cm转为治疗后的（159±6）cm（P〈0．01）。结论GnRH-a可明显抑制第二性征发育，延缓骨龄成熟，有效改善终身高。
