摘要
三年大田接种试验结果表明．小偃６号是一个典型的慢锈性品种，其慢锈性主要表现在潜育期长，严重度低和千粒重损失率低，该慢锈性无小种专化性．同时还首次从超微结构揭示了慢锈性的抗性机理是由于菌丝过早老化引起．菌丝老化表现在菌丝体内液泡增加、变大，菌丝顶端细胞壁加厚。
year-field inoculation tests showed that the variety Xiaoyan 6 is a typical slowrusting resistant one which showed alonger latentperiod, lower severience and less losing of 1000 grain weights. The variety has no race￣specifisity. Ultrastructure observation illustrated the mechnism of slow-rusting resistance was because of pre-maturity of the hy-phae that behaved enlarging the volume and number of the vacuole its own and at meanwhile its tip cell wall thickened.
