摘要
研究生教育是国家最高层次教育,而硕士研究生教育制度中的招生制度则是培养高质量研究生的重要前提。在当前研究生教育的快速发展中,招生公正公平性不强、招生过程过于繁杂、人才选拔方式单一、高等学校师资配备的数量和结构与水平落后于招生规模的发展等问题,已经严重影响了研究生教育。应切实改革研究生的考试流程与人才选拔方式,实行研究生教育适当收费,正确处理研究生招生中的平等与效益的关系,大力推进研究生教育向更加科学化方向发展。
The graduate student education is a national highest education, but he enrollment system of the master graduate education is important premise that raise the high quality graduate. In the rapid development of the graduate education at present, the recruitment of students are not fair, the process of enrollment is diveise, the way of selecting the talent is sole, the quantity structure and the level of the teachers provide in the high school fall behind the scale of the enrollment＇s development and so on questions, already affected the graduate student education. Should reform the test flow of the graduate education and the way of selecting the talent, implement the appropriate charge for the graduate education, correctly deal with the relation between the equality and the benefit in graduate enrollment, vigorously advance the graduate education develolopment to a more scientific direction.
