摘要
学生法律思维的培养是提高学校法律教育实效的基础性环节。它可通过案例分析、模拟法庭训练、法律诊所等诸多方式来实现,进而提高法律教育的实效性。
The development ＆ evolution of legal thinking of student plays a basic role in improving the effectiveness of legal education. By the case analysis, moot-court training, legal clinics and many other ways, we can enhance the effectiveness of legal education.
