摘要
目前我国许多城市都在积极地进行综合管沟规划、建设的研究与实践,由于综合管沟在我国的发展历史不长、实践成果不多,而且项目的一次性投入高、盈利性低,从而引发了综合管沟目前在我国推广的诸多问题的思考,尤其在综合管沟的作用,建设区域的选择,建设类型的选择,管线的收容与安全等方面。作者结合对综合管沟规划设计理论的研究和规划实践,以及结合国内外综合管沟建设的成功经验,探讨了在我国现阶段规划建设综合管沟的目标、功能选择以及安全等若干问题,以期对综合管沟的发展有所参考和帮助。
Currently, many cities in China are actively researching and planning the construction of utility tunnel, but, as we know, that the utility tunnel has developed not long in China and the construction cost is very high, which needs to be considered carefully before its construction, especially about the function, construction area, type selection, the accepted pipeline and the safety. This essay, based on the practice of research and planning, dissusses mainly the planning and construction target of utility tunnel, and also something about function and safety problems, it is a hope to serve as reference for the development of utility tunnel in China.
