摘要
《中国药典》2000年版规定,对代赭石的炮制要用“煅至红透,醋淬,碾成粗粉的方法”。因其在临床方面有独特功效及毒性反应,自古以来它的炮制受到重视。利用化学分析法、碘量法以及化合价数的测定法来分析代赭石不同炮制品中的Ca2+、Fe2+、As3+的含量变化,通过实验数据来证实煅醋淬法是炮制代赭石最行之有效的一种理想方法,会使代赭石质地最酥脆,易于粉碎,使有效成份最易煎出,最能使炮制品中坤的含量(0.01%)符合药典要求,建议把砷的含量作为煅代赫石的一个质量指标。
Chinese codex(2.000 edition)said that processing of ruddle is to calcine it thoroghly and quench with vinegar and grind it into meal. The ways of process in paying attetion to for years and years becaues of its special functions and poison effects. The article analyzes change of its ingredients including Ca^2+ ,Fe^2+ ,As^2+ within different process using chemical analysis,iodine amount and testing chemical value,and prove the conclusion that the method abouve is one of the best ways to process ruddle through experimental data, which may cause fuddle crispy and easy to be smashed, and get the effctive ingredients, and arsenic's amount can be limited as the value require by codex(0.01% ). The author suggested that amount of arsenic should be one of quality indexes while processing fuddle.
