褪黑素对糖尿病大鼠急性创伤时糖、脂代谢的作用研究

摘要 目的:观察急性创伤应激状态下糖尿病大鼠糖、脂代谢水平的变化,并探讨褪黑素对其的影响。方法:设正常对照组、糖尿病对照组、糖尿病+溶媒组、糖尿病+褪黑素1组、糖尿病+褪黑素2组,观察糖尿病大鼠经17d褪黑素处理后在创伤应激时血糖、血清甘油三酯、胆固醇水平的变化。结果:创伤应激后糖尿病大鼠血糖明显升高,血清甘油三酯、胆固醇水平无明显改变。每日腹腔注射0.1mg/kg或0.2mg/kg的褪黑素对创伤应激前、后糖尿病大鼠血糖、血清甘油三酯、胆固醇水平无显著影响(P>0.05)。结论:急性创伤应激可使糖尿病大鼠血糖升高(P<0.05),而对血清甘油三酯、胆固醇水平无明显影响(P>0.05);褪黑素对糖尿病大鼠创伤应激前、后血糖、血清甘油三酯、胆固醇水平无显著影响(P>0.05)。 Objective: To observe the effects of acute injury-induced stress on glucose and lipid metabolisms on diabetic rats, and the effects of melatonin on it. Methods: Male SD rats are assigned to 5 groups: normal control group, Diabetes Mellitus (DM) control group, DM+ vehicle group, DM + Melatonin I(M1) group (melatonin 0. 1 mg/kg·d^-1), and DM+ M2 group (melatonin 0. 2 mgkg·d^-1 ). Changes of blood glucose, triglyceride as well as cholesterol were observed after treatment with melatonin for 17 days. Results: Concentrations of blood glucose significantly elevated in SD rats after acuted injury-induced stress, hut no obvious changes of triglyceride and cholesterol. There were no significant differences of the levels of blood glucose, triglyceride and cholesterol in DM + M1 and DM+ M2 group (P〉0. 05). Conclusion: Glycemia may be exacerbated by acute injury-induced stress in diabetic rats (P〈0. 05), but no significant effects on the metabolism of triglyceride and cholesterol (P〉0. 05). There was no significant effects of melatonin on the metabolism of glucose and cholesterol in diabetic rats with injury-induced stress (P〉0. 05).
