摘要
目的研究EHEC(ethylhydroxyethylcellulose,二乙基羟基纤维素)是否可以降低实验大鼠肝部分切除术后肠道菌群移位的发生率及其机制。方法测定EHEC在大鼠肝部分切除术后肠道菌群移位的发生情况,以及EHEC对巨噬细胞的吞噬能力、大肠杆菌吸附肠黏膜的能力和细菌生长的影响。结果术前应用E-HEC可以降低大鼠肝部分切除术后肠道菌群移位的发生;静脉内应用EHEC可以降低巨噬细胞的吞噬能力;应用EHEC可以降低大肠杆菌吸附肠黏膜的能力;体外实验中,EHEC可以抑制大肠杆菌的生长和DNA的合成。结论EHEC可以有效地预防大鼠肝部分切除术后肠道菌群移位的发生。
[Objective] To explore whether EHEC (ethylhydroxyethyl cellulose) has the preventive effect on the bacterial translocation from the gut after major liver resection and the mechanism. [Methods] To explore the effect of EHEC, its effect on macrophage phagocytic capacity, E. coli's adherence on the intestinal surface, and the growth of E. coli were evaluated. [Result] Preoperative administration of EHEC reduced the incidence of bacterial translo- cation from the gut after major liver resection; macrophage phagocytic capacity decreased after intravenous administration of EHEC; EHEC diminished bacterial adherence on the intestinal surface after major liver resection; EHEC had the effect of inhibiting bacterial growth and delaying bacterial DNA synthesis in vitro. [Conclusion] EHEC has the preventive effect on the bacterial translocation from gut after major liver resection.
