文昌鱼卵子发生中成熟分裂时卵母细胞的超微结构研究 被引量:6

ULTRASTRUCTURAL STUDY OF OOCYTE DURING MEIOTIC STAGES OF LANCELET OOGENESIS

摘要 首次观察文昌鱼卵子发生进入第一次成熟分裂前期联会丝复合体期、粗线期、双线期和网状期 卵原细胞及卵母细胞生发泡(核)及胞质的超微结构特点。在生发泡内同源染色体配对,联会丝复 合体中央出现重组节、不同发育类型的核仁样体及其相关线粒体是这一时期卵母细胞胞质的主要 特征。结果表明这些特征可做为区分第一次成熟分裂前期各个时期的依据。文中讨论了核仁样体可能的功能。 Using transmission electron microscopy, ultrastructural characteristics of oogonia and oocytes in the synaptonemal complexes, pachytene, diplotene and dictyate stages of the first meiotic prophase of amphioxus are observed for the first time. During synaptonemal complex stage, two nomologous chromosomes paring within the germinal vesicle (GV) and several isolated cytoplasmic nucleolus-like bodies (NLB, or Nuage) are present. Recombination nodules sit on the centre region of a ladder synaptonemal complex and a large nucleolus-like body exists within the GV during oogonia of pachytene stage, the former are ellipse in shape (long axis about 0. 23μm and short axis 0. 010μm), the latter is about 1. 82μm (long axis) and 1. 56μm (short axis), respectively. In addition, the development of different types of NLB and association with mitochondria are mainly cytoplasmic features of oocytes in the diplotene and dictyate stages. These results suggest that synaptonemal complexes, NLB and association with mitochondria in number, shape and volume may be used as differential marks for each stage of meiotic oogonia and early oocytes in prophase I. Last, the function and significance of synaptonemal complex and NLB as well as the gap junction in the oogonia and oocytes are discussed in the paper.
