摘要
目的探讨注射型Metapex糊剂在外伤性前牙根尖诱导术中的护理配合。方法对50例72颗外伤后根尖未发育完成的前牙根尖诱导术的术前、术中、术后护理操作进行分析和总结。结果充分的术前准备,细致默契的术中配合,严格执行无菌操作及完善的术后追踪、随访观察,做好卫生宣教及注意事项,是根尖诱导成形术成功的重要环节。结论应用注射型Metapex糊剂使无菌操作严密且方便,提高了根尖诱导术的治疗质量,增加了治疗的成功率,是目前较理想的根尖诱导材料。
Objective To discuss the nursing cooperation of injected Metapex paste in apexification of traumatic apices of pulpless antetior teeth. Methods For the nursing operation before, during and after the apexification of apices of pulpless antetior teeth that grown incompletely after trauma, totally 72 tooth of 50 cases was analyzed and summarized. Results The satisfied preparation before the operation, the meticulous and tacit cooperation during the operation, the strict conduct of the sterile operation, the perfect tracing and follow--up survey after the operation, the propaganda and education of sanitation, as well as the notice points, should be the important things which may ensure the success of apexification. Conclusions The application of injected Metapex paste makes the sterile operation more rigorous and easier, enhances the therapy quality of apexification, and increases the successful rate of the therapy. So Metapex paste is an ideal material for apexification at present.
