Clinical Significance of Measurement of Serum Levels of Interleukin-6,Tumor Necrosis Factor and C-reactive Protein in Patients with Unstable Angina Pectoris

摘要 目的:观察不稳定性心绞痛(UAP)患者白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)、C-反应蛋白(CRP)含量改变。方法:用放射免疫分析对28例UAP患者血清IL-6、TNF含量检测,生化仪测CRP,并用稳定性心绞痛(SAP)组和正常对照组作比较。结果:UAP组患者血清TNF、IL-6、CRP含量明显高于非心绞痛组(P<0.01)和正常对照组(P<0.01)。结论:在UAP患者测血清TNF、IL-6、CRP有较好的诊断价值和鉴别诊断价值,对UAP的治疗、预后亦有一定的参考价值。 Objective To observe the changes of the serum contents of tumor necrosis factor (TNF), interleukin -6 (IL -6) and C - reactive protein (CRP) in patients with unstable angina pectoris (UAP). Methods Serum tumor necrosis factor (TNF) and interleukin -6 (with RIA) C -reactive protein (CRP) (with biochemical methods) were measured in 28 patients with UAP, 29 patients with stable angina pectoris (SAP) and 31 controls. Results The unstable angina pectoris (UAP) group. The serum contents of tumor necrosis factor (TNF), Interleukin-6 (IL-6) and C-reactive protein (CRP) in the UAP patients were significantly higher than those in the SAP patients and controls (P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion Determination of serum tumor necrosis factor (TNF), interleukin- 6 (IL- 6) and C- reactive protein (CRP) contents in patients with U AP is of diagnostic and prognostic value.
