摘要 目的:观察新发现的小分子活性肽Apelin在肺动脉高压(PH)病人血浆中的变化,探讨其在肺动脉高压中可能的作用。方法:采用放射免疫分析测定32例PH患者和30例健康人(NC组)血浆Apelin水平;PH组另行血气分析及测定肺动脉收缩压(PASP)。结果:①血浆Apelin水平(pg/m l);PH组(59±31)较NC组(80±30)低26.3%(P<0.01);②PH组动脉血气分析:PaO2(64±13)mmHg,PaCO2(55±13)mmHg,pH(7.37±0.05)。PASP:(47±16)mmHg。③相关分析:血浆Apelin水平与PASP呈显著负相关(r=-0.65,P<0.01)。结论:肺动脉高压患者血浆Apelin水平降低,其生成减少和/或代谢异常可能是导致肺循环稳态失衡的重要因素之一。 Objective To investigate the changes of plasma apelin concentration and its role in patients with pulmonary hypertension (PH). Methods The plasma apelin levels in 32 patients with PH (PH group) and 30 healthy volunteers (normal control, NC group) were measured with radioimmunoassay. The pulmonary arterial systolic pressure (PASP) and arterial blood gas (ABG) of PH group were measured as well. Results ( 1 ) The plasma apelin concentration of PH group was significantly lower than those of NC group, (59±31 ) vs (80±30) pg/ml, P〈0.01. (2) The ABG results: PAO2(64±13)mmHg, PACO2(55±13)mmHg, pH (7.37±0.05). The PASP was (47±16)mmHg. (3) The plasma apelin concentration was inversely correlated with PASP (r = -0.65, P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion Apelin might be involved in the pathogenesis of PH, and decrease of apelin might be one of the factors causing disorder of pulmonary circulation homeostasis.
