摘要
鉴于未成年人犯罪的日益严重性,以及对未成年人适用监禁刑的弊端,本文从未成年人犯罪的特点和犯罪成因入手,分析对未成年人适用社区矫正制度的必要性,在此基础上对未成年人犯罪的社区矫正制度加以建构。
Owe to the increasing serious of the crimes of the minors and the shortage of application of imprison to the minor, the article started from the characteristics and causes of the crimes of the minors to analyze the necessity to apply community＇s correcting system to the minors. And constructed the community＇s correcting system to the minors based on that.
