摘要
目的对金铁锁Psammosilene tunicoides W．C．Wu et C．Y．Wu根的野生和栽培品种进行比较研究并评价药材质量,为建立贵州省栽培金铁锁的GAP药材标准、完善药材质量标准提供依据。方法观察金铁锁药材的性状及金铁锁根的显微结构特征。结果金铁锁野生和栽培品种的外观颜色、药材大小、导管的大小与排列稍有差别。结论野生品种药材质量较好,栽培品种的栽培年限应延长。
Objective To study the wild and cultivated root of Psammosilene tunicoides W, C. Wu et C, Y. Wu, to appraise its quality and to provide the basis for setting up the drug standard of CAP and perfecting the crude drug standard of Psammosilene tunicoides W, C. Wu et C. Y. Wu in Guizhou province, Methods The properties of the crude drug and the microscopic characters of the crude grudge and root of Psammosilene tunicoides W, C, Wu et C, Y, Wu were observed, The difference of the wild and cultivated root was compared. Results The slight difference exists in color, drug size, size and arrange of the pipe between the wild and cultivated root of Psammosilene tunicoides W. C. Wu et C, Y, Wu. Conclusion The quality of the wild variety is better. The cultivated period of the root should be prolonged.
