摘要
目的了解医院塑料药瓶的质量情况。方法根据国家药品监督管理局国家药品包装容器(材料)标准YBB0009202,对药用塑料瓶进行检验。结果塑料容器与有机溶剂接触时,溶出物较多。结论含脂溶性溶剂的制剂和能被塑料容器吸附的制剂,不宜用塑料容器灌装。
Objeetive To investigate the quality of the plastic bottles used in hospital, Methods A variety of plastic bottles were examined according to the National Drug Package Container/Material Standard YBB0009202 approved by the State Drug Administration （SDA）. Results A lot of materials were dissolved from the plastic bottles by contacting with the organic solvent. Conclusion The plastic containers are unsuitable for containing lipid- soluble and absorbable preparation.
