公共图书馆精神在中国的百年演绎与社会民主化进程相伴相随,揭示出两者之间的内在联系,即公共图书馆精神是社会民主机制的产物,它只有在社会民主机制得到发展的条件下,才能实现本质意义上的回归。建设和谐社会是中国社会民主化进程的重大转折,公共图书馆精神也由此迎来了真正的春天。
In the past century, the evolution of public library in China coincided with the country＇ s social democracy progress. The article reveals the internal relationship of the two, namely, public library spirit is the result of social democracy mechanism,which can only be realized on the condition that social democracy mechanism is full developed. Building a harmonious society, a great leap of Chang＇ s social democracy progress, ushers in the real spring for the public library spirit.
