摘要
通过对青脊竹蝗CeracrisnigricornisnigricornisWalk及宽翅曲背蝗Pararcypteramicropterameridionalis(Ikonn.)精子的比较,发现它们精子的线粒体衍生体和中心粒侧体的超微形态结构以及精子发生过程中七、八两期精细胞线粒体衍生体周围微管的排数十分相似。这两种网翅蝗精子间存在的差异主要反映在外形头和尾的长度、线粒体衍生体上纵嵴数目及中心粒侧体片数的不同。
The spermatozoa and spermatids of Ceracri nigricornis nigricornis Walk and Pararcyptera microptera meridionalis(Ikonn.)are described in this paper.Althoug these two species belong to different genera of Arcypteridae, their spermatozoaand spermatids possess the common characters as follows. There are the longitudinal cristaeat the mitochondrial derivatives of the spermatozoa. The centriolar adjuncts belong to multi laminae complex.There are two rows of microtubules surrounding the mitochondrial deriva tives at stage 7 and 8 for the spermatids. The different characters exist in total lengthes ofthe spermatozoa, and the numbers of cristae of the mitochondrial derivatives,and laminae ofthe centriolar adjuncts.Through the comparison, an important fact has been found that the spermatozoa ofthese species are the same type as the sperm of catantopidae.
