摘要
信息技术的出现对城市规划管理的观念、方法和手段都提出了新的要求。我国不同城市的规划管理信息系统在模块设置和功能组合上都存在较大的差异,导致了为城市规划和城市管理提供服务能力的差异。构建评价指标体系和运用相应的评测方法,可以促进城市规划管理信息系统的建设,全面发挥其服务和管理作用。
