The reconstruction of village-in-city is a complex systematic project.It is impossible to be implemented without the policy guarantee,organizational coordination,scientific planning and markel guidance.By actively applying such measures as utilizing social resources, policy guidance and equalizing distribution of benefits,Wuhan has actively aroused the enthusiasm of the villagers and people from all walks of life to take part in the reconstruction, turning it from passive work into active one,thus achieving marked effect in implementation.
