摘要
领导干部肩负着重大的历史责任,加强领导干部的思想道德修养至关重要。领导干部加强思想道德修养,应着重在改造世界观上下功夫,同时,还应该加强自律与他律相结合,加大对领导干部的监督力度,建立完善的监督机制。
leader are entrusted with grave historical responsibility and it is more important for leader to strengthen their moral culture. To strengthen moral culture, leader should pay great attention to remould their world outlook. Furthermore, they should combine selfdiscipline with others discipline . Besides, we should improve the supervision system.
