摘要 随着基因组、蛋白质组、转录组、代谢组等各种组学(om ics sc ience)的发展,系统生物学(system s b iology)已经成为当前生物学研究的热点,代表着21世纪生物学和医药学发展的方向。系统生物学的发展对改革医学本科教育的启示:加强医学本科通识教育,培养“干细胞型人才”;加强基础工具学科教学,构筑坚实的基础知识平台;推进医学院校交叉学科建设,促进交叉学科教育;建设开放式基础医学课程体系,更新教学内容。 Systems biology becomes hotspot in current biological research and exemplifies the development orientation of biology and medicine in the 21st century with development of omics science including genomics, proteomics, transcriptomics and metaboliomics. Development of systems biology gives following inspirations to innovation of medical education in undergraduates: pay more attention to general education; cultivate stem cell-like talents; strengthen teaching of basic tool science and construct a stable platform for basic scientific knowledge; boost construction of interdisciplinary subjects and accelerate interdisciplinary education; build open curriculum architecture for basic scientific medicine and renovate the teaching content.
