摘要
目的探讨成人Still病人的特点。方法对32例确诊为成人Still病的病例进行回顾性分析。结果该病人的主要临床表现为病因未明的长期间歇性发热,一过性多形皮疹,关节炎或关节痛,咽痛伴周围血白细胞总数及粒细胞增多,肝功能受损。结论本病临床症状复杂多变,无特异性诊断方法,需排除其它疾病而诊断。
Objective To explore the characteristic of adult still disease. Methods The data of 32 cases with adult still disease was retrospectivety onalyzedl. Results clinical manifeslation： longue haleline intermission fever without a focus awhite polymorphic tetter arthrosis pain ir arthritis. anginaand peripheral WBC. granulocyte courter higher, hypohepatia. Conclusions The clinical manifestalion is complexity and changefatly, without special dignostic, must remove other disease dignosticate afer.
