摘要
利用固体粉末法在不同的加热温度制备出硼酸铝晶须。SEM分析其形貌,TEM确定其结构,并对晶须形成机理和影响因素进行了研究。
The solid powder method was used to prepare Al18B4O33 whisker in accordance with different heet temperature,which morphology was analysed through SEM, and its structure was determined by TEM,the formation mechanisms and the influence factors Of Al18B4O13 whisker are also researched in this paper.
