摘要
利用加入辅助阴极的普通离子渗氮炉进行等离子体膏剂渗铬。结果表明,渗层形成速度快、工艺简单易行。试验优选出了渗铬膏剂配方;制定了提高渗铬层硬度的措施。用该方法对45钢进行等离子体膏剂渗铬,在950℃×2h条件下,可获得140μm厚的渗层。
It was introduced to the test of plasma paste chromizing carried out with common plaste nitriding furnace. Thr results showed:this chromizing method is of merits of chromizing layer forming fastly,process simplely and operate easily. On the basis of a series of tests,the optimum paste was obtained and the way to enhance hardness of thelayer was studied. After plasma paste chromizing with the paste under the condition of 950℃×2h, the depth ofchromizing layer of steel 45 can reach 140μm.
