摘要
个人知识管理是组织知识管理的基础,无论是对个人还是对组织都有着非常重要的意义。比较了个人知识管理和组织知识管理的异同,分析了个人知识管理和组织知识管理的关系,并从个人的知识管理的两个阶段,即寻找、整理、储存和流通、创新、利用方面探讨了个人知识管理的实施问题。
The PKM, which is the foundation of the organizational knowledge management （OKM）, possesses very important significance for either persons or organizations. This paper compares the differences and similarities between the PKM and the OKM, analyzes on the relationship between the PKM and the OKM, and probes into the complementation of the PKM from two stages of the PKM one is seeking, arranging and storing the knowledge, the other is circulating, innovating and utilizing the knowledge）.
