Isoflurane Anaesthesia at Low Oxygen Flow Rates in Closed Circle System

摘要 目的探讨低流量氧异氟醚麻醉的安全性和优越性。方法32例患者被随机分两组,H组(15例):采用高流量(2 L/min)新鲜气体(氧)异氟醚麻醉;M组(17例):采用低流量(0.5 L/min)新鲜气体(氧)异氟醚麻醉。监测吸入麻醉后5、10、15、30、60 min的各气体浓度、手术结束至拔管的时间和使用异氟醚的量。结果60 min H组FIO2、FIInf、FEInf均高于M组(P<0.05);H组术中使用异氟醚量高于M组(P<0.05);两组手术结束至拔管的时间无显著性差异。结论低流量氧紧闭异氟醚麻醉与高流量同样安全,且麻醉过程平稳,节省了挥发性麻醉药,值得推广。 Objective To evaluate the safety and superiority of inhaled anaesthesia with isoflurane at low oxygen flow rates. Methods 32 patients were randomly divided into two groups. Group H and group M. 15 patients in group H received isoflurane anaesthesia at high oxygen flow rates (2 L/min), 17 patients in Group M were given isoflurane anaesthesia at low oxygen flow rates (0.5 L/min). Concentrations of inhaled gases were monitored at 5, 10, 15, 30 and 60 min respectively after isoflurane inhalation. The extubafion time, and the total amount of inhaled isoflurane were recorded. Results There was no significant difference in extubation time between group H and group M. FIO2, FIInf and FEInf at 60 min in group H were higher than that in group M (P〈0.05). Total amount of inhaled isoflurane is more in group H than that in group M (P〈0.05). Conclusions Isoflurane anaesthesia at low oxygen flow rates is as safer as that at high oxygen flow rates. It is stable during the operation period, and it is worth popularization.
