摘要
本文从我国生态环境资源严重问题的现状及前景出发,分析了循环经济发展观形成的直接的、深刻的背景和原因;论证了循环经济发展观的若干内容和特征;确立循环经济发展观的意义和作用在于,它是实施可持续发展战略的重要实践方式,是科学发展观的具体体现和贯彻。
Based on the current situation and the future of the eco-environment, this paper analyzes why the circular economy formed. In addition, it discusses some contents and characteristics of the development viewpoint of circular economy, and points out that it is important to carry out sustainable development strategy, and implement the scientific development viewpoint.
