摘要
对蔗糖水解实验中的异常现象进行了分析研究,找出解决的方法,同时讨论了副反应、逆反应对测定蔗糖水解速度常数的影响,指出用本文介绍的方法,即用计算最终旋光度代替实测的最终旋光度计算速度常数的可行性。当反应温度控制在20℃左右,反应时间控制在1—1.5小时.测定速度常数实验是可行的。
Some abnormal phenomena appeared in the experiment of sucrose hydrolysis are analysed and studied, and a solving method is presented. The effects of side reaction and reverse reaction on measuring the rate constant of sucrose hydrolysis are discussed at the same time. The method of calculating the final optical rotation is proposed to substitute the method of experimental measurement of the final optical rotaion for determining the rate constant. The experiment to measure the rate constant of sucrose hydrolysis by the method developed is feasible if the reaction temperature and time are controlled at about 20℃ and 1-1.5 hours, respectively.
