摘要
我国商业银行历经数次改革,目前已进入到以优化公司治理结构为特征的深层次阶段。文章从公司治理结构的角度对我国商业银行改革的历史与现状,银行治理结构的完善所遇到的障碍,以及如何加大改革的力度,建立符合市场经济要求的现代银行企业公司治理制度进行了分析。
After several reformations, commercial banks in China have reached a stage featured in optimization of the corporation＇s governance. The paper summarizes the history and current status of the banks in China from the structure of the corperation＇s governance, obstacles in the reformations, and proposes some measures to speed up the reform in order to establish a management system for modern banks in accord with the market economy.
