摘要
化工容器中的球形罐在制造过程中需要依据球面展开图放样下料。然后压制焊接成型,文中采用图解计算法对各球面片进行了较精确的计算,并设计了球形罐展开图的通用软件程序,为球形罐的制造提供了依据。
The working operation of laying-out and blanking the steel plate for spherical tanks being manufactured must be in accordance with the expansion graphs. A graphic calculation was adopted and a more precision computation for the cut pieces of spherical tanks was finished. In addition, a general program of expansion graph was compiled, which furnished the technique basis to manufacture the spherical tanks.
