摘要
目的探讨应用微创深静脉导管血肿引流术治疗慢性硬膜下血肿(CSDH)的疗效。方法回顾性分析微创深静脉导管血肿引流术治疗36例CSDH的临床资料。结果术后3个月CT复查,血肿全部消失35例,血肿减小1例,无1例复发。结论应用微创深静脉导管血肿引流术治疗慢性CSDH简便、安全,疗效满意,并发症少。
Objective To discuss the efficacy of treating chronic subdural hematoma by microtrauma venae profunda conducted hematoma drainage. Method 36 cases of chronic subdural hematoma treated by microtrauma venae profundae conducted hematoma drainage were analyzed retrospectively. Result The hematoma disappeared in 35 cases and reduced in 1 case in follow-up examination by CT after 3 months. No recurrence was observed. Conclusion It is convienient and safe to apply microtrauma venae profunda conducted hematoma drainage to treat chronic subdural hematoma. The curative effect is satisfactory and with no complication.
