The Development of Database System of Electrocardiographic Information

摘要 心原性猝死是严重威胁人类的第一大死亡原因,深入研究心脏猝死对于临床预后,降低总死亡率、提高生活质量,降低医疗保健费用有着重要的意义。本研究建立了一个具有1297条信号记录及其相应的临床信息,能够和当前国际上大型生理信号数据库进行软件和数据共享的心电信息数据库系统。该数据库的建立将促进心血管疾病尤其是心原性猝死的解释、诊断和预测。 An ECG information database system was established with 1297 ECG information records and clinical informations. The data and the analysis software in this database can be shared with the international physiological signal databases such as MIT-BIH Arrhythmia. The establishment of this database will facilitate the clinical interpretation, diagnosis and prediction of cardiovascular diseases, especially the cardiac sudden death (SCD).
