摘要
21世纪的体育人才应当是口径宽、基础厚、素质高、能力强、适应广、全面发展的人才,必须具备一定的专业素质和人文素质.笔者在体操教学训练过程中结合体操运动的特点,对体育人才人文素质的培养进行了研究。
Students major in physical education in the 21st century should be all- round developing talents, who should have a large scale of knowledge, good foundation, high quality, strong ability of profession and adaptation, and they should have excellent professional quality as well as humane quality. Referring to the characteristics of gymnastics teaching and training, the author studied contents of humane quality education of physical talents, furthermore proposed effective approaches of it.
