摘要
目的:报告用自制钨弹簧圈血管内栓塞治疗后部循环动脉瘤14例。材料与方法:14例中椎动脉动脉瘤2例、基底动脉瘤4例(包括多发性椎-基底动脉系统动脉瘤1例)、内听动脉动脉瘤1例、大脑后动脉动脉瘤7例。用自制微弹簧圈和血管内栓塞术治疗。结果:14例均成功,无一例死亡及永久并发症。结论:微弹簧圈栓塞治疗颅内动脉瘤不仅创伤小、效果确实,而且对于某些开颅手术困难的病例,也能取得良好治疗效果。
Purpost:To evaluate intravscular embolzation of intracranlal aneurysms in posterl.or-circulation in 14 parients with self-made tungsten micro-cou,Materials and methods:Amung tbe 14 cases,there were?cases of aneurysm of vertebrat artery,4 cases of aneurysm of basllar artery,l case of aneurysm of internat audiory artery.and?caves of aneurysm of post cerebral artery.All cas es were embolized with self-made tungsien micro-cnl,Thrteen cases of aneuryoi were successfully embotzed.Results:There were no deatb and permanent ccmplcattons after embolization.Conctnsion:Endovascular embalzatlon af ntracrantat aneurvsms tn posterlor-ctrculaton with micro-coll rs tbe method of cboice.The petients not only rould get satisfactory resuits,but also suffer less trauma,yoreover,in some cases such an multrple aneurysms af basitar artery and aneurysm of internal Buditory artery it might be very ddficult for surgery,hut it is easy for the endovascular proredures.
