环锚预应力混凝土衬砌三维有限元计算分析 被引量:13

摘要 环锚预应力混凝土衬砌是一种新型的水工压力隧洞衬砌形式,进行有限元结构分析时的关键是如何模拟环形预应力筋的作用.为此,提出了一种基于ANSYS的等效荷载法,用法向等效应力和切向等效应力模拟非均匀分布的锚索预应力,通过SURF154单元将其施加于计算模型.文中对一个无黏结预应力混凝土衬砌全部锚索张拉锁定后的应力状态进行了三维有限元计算,计算结果与实测结果具有良好的一致性.该方法还适用于有黏结曲线预应力筋的预应力混凝土结构有限元计算. Post-prestressed concrete lining is a new type of pressure tunnel lining. The key for its finite element method (FEM) analysis is how to simulate the friction loss and the nonuniform distribution of prestress force in the circle tendons. An equivalent stress method based on the ANSYS is proposed, and it simulates the nonuniform prestress of curved tendon by normal equivalent stress and tangent equivalent stress, which were exerted on the SURF154 elements. FEM analysis was made of a concrete tunnel lining post-prestressed with double-looped unbonded tendons. The calculated results agree well with the in situ measured results. The proposed method is also applicable to the FEM analysis of conrete structures such as bridges post-prestressed with uncoated curve tendons.
