摘要
采用高效液相色谱法测定替硝唑及其片剂的含量，方法简便，快速。线性范围为２４～９６μｇ／ｍｌ（γ＝０．９９９５，ｎ＝５），平均回收率为９９．９８％，ＲＳＤ为０．９６％。
The HPLC determination of tinidazole and its tablets was reported. The method is simple,rapid and accurate.The linear range of concentration is 24～96μg/ml (r=0.9995,n=5).The recovery is 99.98%.The relative standard deviation is 0.96%.
