摘要
针对传统AI领域以及现有KMS模型在知识存储方面存在的问题,本文首先完善并提出表征企业编码知识结构化强度的新型知识谱线结构,进而对企业内各类型的编码知识(文档知识、样本知识、符号知识、案例知识和模型知识)的存储与组织策略进行的深入探讨,以指导企业KM的具体实施过程。
In this paper, according to the problems in current knowledge management system （KMS） models and conventional artificial intelligence field, a new knowledge spectrum that can describe structural degree of enterprise＇s coded knowledge is put forward. Then, some technologies and strategies for all kinds of coded knowledge storage and olganization, such as document knowledge, sample knowledge, symbolic knowledge, case knowledge and model knowledge, are deeply studied and discussed. All the work is expected to be helpful to enterprise knowledge management fulfilling process.
