摘要
电子政府的出发点和核心在于提高政府满足公众需要的能力,评价公众对电子政府的满意度是评价电子政府的关键所在。本文在比较了现有的几种评价电子政府的模型基础上,介绍了美国用于评价电子政府公众满意度的ACSI模型,并对我国电子政府公众满意度评价工作的开展进行了测度分析。
The core element and target of E - government is to improve the ability to meet the public needs. Thus the critical factor to evaluate E - government is the public satisfaction. The article compare the several models to evaluate E - government and infer a method that based public satisfaction.
